Are your guides really written for Canada specifically?

Yes — every resource is built around the Canadian job market. ATS systems used here, STAR-method behavioural interviews, Canadian recruiter behaviour on LinkedIn, salary negotiation norms, and so on. Generic advice doesn’t account for these differences.

Should I buy a guide or take the diagnostic first?

Diagnostic first, in most cases. It’s free, takes 3 minutes, and tells you which area to focus on. Buying a guide before you know your specific gap can mean spending money on the wrong thing.

What’s the refund policy?

All paid digital products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t find them useful, email me within 60 days and I’ll refund you — no questions, no pushback. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered, but if something goes wrong logistically (technical issues, etc.) I’ll always make it right.

How is coaching different from buying the toolkit?

The toolkit is self-paced. You read the guides, apply the templates, and execute on your own. Coaching is a 60-minute live working session with personalized feedback on your actual resume, LinkedIn, and situation. Coaching is best when DIY isn’t enough — typically for senior pros or complex circumstances.

Do you offer help in languages other than English?

The guides and resources are in English. Email questions can be in English or Turkish. Coaching sessions are conducted in English (since most Canadian interviews and applications happen in English).

Can you help me with immigration questions?

No — I’m not a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer, and immigration questions need licensed professionals. FindJobsCanada is specifically about the job search and career side of arriving in Canada. For PR, work permit, or visa questions, please consult an authorized immigration consultant (RCIC) or lawyer.
