Reply to your confirmation email, or write to hello@findjobscanada.ca with your Assessment ID in the subject line. It goes to the front of the queue.
How to get a better answer
The more context you give, the more useful the reply. What helps most:
No need to write an essay. Four or five sentences with the basics gets a genuinely useful reply.
Please do not email us
- Your SIN
- Passport or immigration documents
- Permit or application numbers
- Banking or payment details
- Health information
- Copies of identity documents
We do not need any of it, and if you send it we will delete it. How we handle what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Quick answers
Can you help with immigration, permits or PR?
No. The founder is not a licensed immigration consultant or a lawyer, and immigration questions need licensed professionals. FindJobsCanada is about the career and job-search side of working in Canada. For status questions, consult an RCIC or a lawyer. This boundary is firm.
Do you find people jobs?
No. We are not a recruiter, a job board or a placement service.
What languages?
Everything is published in English. You are welcome to email in English or Turkish.
What is the refund policy?
Set out in full on the Terms of Service page. The short version: refunds if you change your mind before starting, if we are late, if your situation turns out to be outside what we can address, or if within 7 days of delivery you tell us it did not meaningfully address your situation. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
